Buddha Bowls (Game Changers)

What is a Buddha Bowl?

Well, a Buddha bowl is my go to breakfast, lunch or dinner when I have no idea what to make, but want variety and something super filling and healthy. You can prep all the food for a week, and grab and go, or you can spend about 10 minutes doing it as needed. I used these when we lived out of our trailer while camping, and even packed coolers when we stayed at hotels with my ingredients! You basically start with a base (grain, greens, ect.), pick out a protein or 2 (tofu, chicken, beans, steak, ect.), load up some veggies or fruit (peppers, cucumbers, carrots, avocado, berries, ect.) then top it with a dressing, and voila! A meal. The best thing about this is, its great for leftovers, eating pretty much any lifestyle diet, raw or cooked, or all the above!
