An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor that empowers you, offering ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

I do not believe diet is a one size fits all.  What works for one person, does not mean it works for another.  I think vegans, vegetarians, paleo, keto, you name it, can all live in harmony, under one roof, and enjoy family meals together!  When we start to focus on ourselves, and pay attention to how our body reacts to what we are eating, diet soon becomes known as the ME diet.  When we escape the term hunting, and develop the ME hunting, we start to let go of diet dogmas, and start to embrace diet dos and don’ts in our own terms.  This can take some time to uncover, and can even change as we go through different stages in life.  What’s important is that we are aware of this, know how to adapt, and learn how to listen to our bodies.

My family has all different individuals needs.  Most nights you will find different sources of protein, numerous vegetables, different types of grains, and sauces.  As far as my own ME diet.  I am gluten free and vegetarian.  In the past I have experimented with the SAD, kosher, juicing, elimination diet, paleo (whole 30), raw, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, only eating chicken as protein, and have even done the master cleanse.  The end result of this all is a egg, bean and lentil loving, veggie and fruit eating, cheese addict, that’s kind of a nut job (pun intended), with a touch of a sweet tooth.   My theory is if you eat clean ingredients, and you feel good after you eat, then that’s your diet!

As your coach, I will listen, encourage, and assist you in navigating the world of contradicting diet and health advice. Think of me as a powerful ally, supporting you every step of the way, as you take control of your life and find your power deep within.
