More About Me

For as long as I can remember I had a passion for food.  Baking, cooking, grilling, you name it! I remember sitting on the counter as a child helping my mom in the kitchen, watching her every move. I started grocery shopping for my family at 14, and made family meals almost every night. While in college, I held jobs as a personal chef and nanny for 2 different families. Since then I have taught cooking lessons, and continued my artistic expression through my food in my home kitchen.

After over two decades struggling with stomach issues, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances, I decided to take control of my whole body health. Through lots of self exploration with different diets, workouts, lifestyles, jobs, degrees, and hobbies I have finally come to a place of healing, and stability. Because of this new found clarity, I now have the energy, resources, and commitment to getting my children started out on a lifetime of healthy choices. I let go of my perfectionism with my families diet, and unlocked realism. With years under my belt preparing food for families of all different ages, and feeding my own “picky” eaters, I know I can help other individuals and families do the same.
